Industrial Style, also referred to as MILTON style, is by far the most popular style used in North America. It gained its popularity when the US military adopted it as their standard pneumatic style per US Military Specification - Mil-C-4109.
It is typically identified by two thin rings on the sleeve of the coupler or by an "I/M" stamped in the hex body.
Available in 1/4" (Type D), 3/8" (Type E) and 1/2" (Type H).
